Allwyn whistleblowing service

At Allwyn, we take great pride in earning the trust of our customers and the business community in which we operate. We are committed to conducting business fairly, with integrity, honesty, and respect.

Reporting Disclosures

Allwyn’s whistleblowing service provides an early warning system to help reduce risk, promote high standards of ethical behaviour, and maintain public trust in our business. It allows you to report and explain reasonable concerns about malpractice or misconduct that has occurred or may occur. In some cases, the issue may result from a system or process failure rather than deliberate wrongdoing. You do not need to be certain that your concern is well founded, but all reports must be made in good faith.

At Allwyn, we encourage all employees to raise concerns as early as possible. Where appropriate, concerns should first be raised internally with your line manager or the People & Culture department. However, we recognise that this may not always be possible or that you may not feel comfortable doing so. In these cases, Allwyn has partnered with WhistleB, an independent third party, to provide a confidential online reporting tool that is fully anonymous, encrypted, and password-protected.

You can also call and leave your message anonymously via our telephone answering service provided by our independent external partner. If you prefer this solution, click on the phone sign on the right and follow the instructions displayed.

Our whistleblowing service may be used to report serious risks of wrongdoing that could affect individuals, our organisation, society, or the environment. Reports may concern criminal offences, other serious misconduct, irregularities, legal breaches, or other actions that violate EU or national law in a work-related context.

Allwyn appointed the following persons to be responsible to deal with reports submitted to the Group Whistleblowing Hotline:

  • Pascal Genoud, Group Senior Legal Counsel, Company Secretary, Mobile: + 41 41 266 09 43, Email: Pascal.Genoud@allwyn.com
  • Martina Kanova, Head of Internal Audit, Mobile: +420 775 876 840, Email: Martina.Kanova@allwyn.com
  • Veronika Moudra, Group Corporate Compliance Manager, Mobile: +420 775 876 339, Email: Veronika.Moudra@allwyn.com

Please use the online reporting tool or telephone answering service to submit any concerns. The e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of the persons responsible for handling reports are provided only for general enquiries and should not be used to raise concerns. Calls to personal telephone lines are not recorded.

Concerns relating to the Czech Republic may also be reported to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic via https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/chci-podat-oznameni. This does not apply to suspicions of breaches of obligations under Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism, as amended; such suspicions may be reported to the Financial Analytical Office by e-mail at reditel@fau.mfcr.cz.

For concerns related to the UK National Lottery, complaints should be made to the channels indicated at https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/contact-us/complaints.
