Built for fans, by a fan.

Hi, I'm Eric. I love baseball, so I build Ribbie in my spare time. I hope you enjoy it.

How does Ribbie work?
It reads the live game data MLB publishes and redraws it as pixel art in real time. It's not a video stream or a rebroadcast, it's the box score brought to life, pitch by pitch.
Is Ribbie really 8-bit?
Nope, more like 16-bit. But '16-bit baseball' doesn't sound nearly as catchy.
Does Ribbie cost anything?
Nope, it's free, no account or sign-up required. I pay to run it out of pocket because I want it to exist.
Is Ribbie official?
No. It's an independent, non-commercial fan project, not affiliated with MLB, the players' association, or any team.
