5th Annual Student Mental Wellness Conference has ended
Friday September 10, 2021 2:30pm - 3:30pm PDT

This session will introduce mental health apps as a tool to support college student wellness. Presenters will review the clinical burden of mental health issues among students, review the effectiveness of mental health apps, and discuss parameters that can be used when selecting apps. Participants will learn:
- Aspects used to evaluate mental health apps
- Specific apps targeted for students
- Skills for integrating apps into school and practice settings
