IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT UPDATE


-The first erf registrations are on track for May 2025, after which construction will begin on the homes that have already been sold.


-Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate will have its own Solar Grid Tide Plant within the estate, which will be implemented in 2026. This will significantly improve the electricity supply to the homes, and homeowners will pay 10% less on their electricity bills.

More information regarding this will be shared in the May 2025 newsletter.


CONSTRUCTION UPDATE


-Site Completion Phase 1A: The entrance of the estate is complete and the reticulation for the estate streetlight installation has been successfully completed.

-Electricity is scheduled to be switched on by the end of April 2025.

-Civil services have been handed over to the council.

OVERSTRAND MEDICAL CENTRE (PRIVATE HOSPITAL) UPDATE


The facility received a new 200kW power addition in March 2025, ensuring that the entire unit and hospital can maintain power during emergencies.
This medical centre is a great addition to the Gansbaai/Kleinbaai community, and only 3.5km from our estate.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT


A service-level agreement is in place between Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate and the Overstrand Medical Centre, ensuring remote medical monitoring for residents of all ages in the event of health challenges. (T&Cs apply.)

  1. The Revised Environmental Authorization (EA) has been approved—an important milestone for the project.
