Do I need to have my camera on?

No — this is a space of choice and comfort. You are welcome to keep your camera on or off. Come as you are, in whatever way feels safest and most grounding for you.

Do I need any prior experience with meditation or healing spaces?

No experience is needed. Everything will be guided gently. This circle is for first-timers, seasoned healers, and everyone in between.

Bring your favorite mug with a warm drink, a journal or notebook, and a cozy blanket or robe. Create a comfortable and peaceful space at home where you can relax without interruption.

Will we be asked to share personal experiences?

Sharing is always optional. You are free to speak, listen, reflect quietly, or simply receive. This is a space where your boundaries are respected.

What if I’m feeling emotional during the experience?

This circle is held with care. You are welcome to feel, pause, cry, breathe, step away, or rest. There is no right or wrong way to be here — your emotions are valid and welcome.
