On Wednesday July 8th 2026, from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM EDT, we will be making updates to the BluePay Gateway. There is no anticipated impact to customers or transactions.

Changes include:
Add additional logging to the BluePay Post (bp10emu), Daily Report 2 (bpdailyreport2) and Single Transaction Query (stq) APIs.
Improvements to ACH file transmissions.
Add acknowledgement file processing to Pathward Bank Direct to Bank ACH.
Add CardSecure tokens to CSV exports when a CardSecure token is available.

Scheduled - We will be conducting a trial run of the upcoming TLS Cipher Suite changes on the BluePay gateway during this maintenance window. This test will allow validation of the changes ahead of the final update. Please report any issues experienced during this window to bluepay-integration@fiserv.com. Technical details of the updates are available from the BluePay Gateway API section of Fiserv Developer Studio. This does not affect the CardPointe gateway.
