    The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
  • How long do I have access to the course?
    How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
  • How long is the course?
    The course includes over 50 videos and over a dozen interactive activities to walk you through every step of speech recognition for interpreters. You can watch the videos as many times as you wish, and spend as long as you want on the interactive activities. The course usually takes about 6 hours to complete, and is worth 6 continuing education credits.

    Every tool covers different languages, and these change constantly, but...with some tools handling over 90 languages, there's almost certainly a speech recognition tool that covers at least one of your working languages. I've worked directly with students who work with Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Thai – plus a wide range of other European languages – and they got great results!
