United States v. Allen
(WHCA Dinner Shooter)

Judge McFadden DENIES the defense's motion to disqualify @USAttyPirro and @DAGToddBlanche from the case. Image Defense had argued that Blanche and Pirro being at the scene of the alleged crime and publicly commenting on it had created a conflict.

The four main arguments were the following:

(1) Their presence at the WHCA Dinner made them witnesses (both reported hearing the gunshots)

(2) Their presence at the WHCA Dinner made them potential victims of Allen (according to the gov't's theory of the case), (both reported that they were in the “line of fire” and had to be evacuated)

(3) Blanche and Pirro's statements to media about the events at the WHCA Dinner were prejudicial and showed bias

(4) Citing the longtime friendship of Trump and Pirro, Trump being the alleged intended victim, and Pirro being the prosecutor, this created an appearance of impropriety.

United States v. Sant
(DAMN Antifa/Melt The Ice Case)

15 defendants

- All charged with Conspiracy to Impede or Injure a Federal Officer
- Some additionally charged with Interstate Stalking, Interstate Threats, Solicitation to Commit a Crime of Violence, Assault on a Federal Officer, and/or Destruction of Government PropertyImage The defendants were previously in or associated with the Twin Cities Direct Action (TCDA) group. That group changed its name to Direct Action Minnesota (DAMN).

DAMN is a conglomerate of Antifa groups, including the Black Cat Worker's Collective (BCWC), Ray Rainbolt Memorial Shooting Club, and others.

All of these groups are "Antifa affinity groups" who mix ideologies of anarchism and communism with ideations, and sometimes actions, of violent resistance and revolution.Image

🧵Fulton County 2020 Election Probe Update

The usual suspects are gearing up to fight the DOJ probe into Fulton County, this time as regards the grand jury subpoena for records of employees and volunteers who worked the 2020 election.

United States v. Rush
(Fmr SES/CIA agent who lied on apps; stole millions in cash, $40mil in gold bars)

At a partially closed and sealed detention hearing on June 5, Rush was DENIED bond and detained pending trial.

DOJ has until August 3, 2026 to indict.

Expect more charges. Image Key questions:

Was he working for himself? Is he an extraordinary conartist who decided to cash in at the CIA like it was a casino?

Or was he working for someone else? Such as a foreign adversary.

🧵United States v. Southern Poverty Law Center, Inc.

NEW SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT

Same charges as in the original indictment:

6 Counts of Wire Fraud
4 Counts of False Statements Bank
1 Count of Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering
Forfeiture

Adds new info to strengthen those charges.Image Recall that the theory of this case is that the SPLC solicited donations and told donors that their contributions would be used to "dismantle" violent extremist groups.

But, unbeknownst to those donors, some of the money (millions) went to funding individuals in those groups who then used the money to promote the groups' activities and message.

Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control is abbreviated as OFAC, but when folks get administrative subpoenas from them, they often mispronounce the acronym. According to CodePink co-founder Medea Benjamin, the email from OFAC was sent to the other co-founder, Jodie Evans's, spam folder. Image

🧵United States v. Rush

David Rush is a former Senior Executive Service (SES) and CIA employee.

He was arrested last week on a complaint charging him with theft of public money.

But there's a bit more going on here. Image It is not known when Rush stopped working for the CIA or why, but we know from the affidavit that he requested and received "a significant quantity of foreign currency and tens of millions of dollars in gold bars for work-related expenses" between November 2025 and March 2026.

So his employment must have run at least until then.Image

The "data center hysteria" is largely a repacking of the "climate change hysteria."

The hysteria is fueled, in part, by bad data, lack of perspective, and influence operations that lead with emotional bait.

Like the 20th-century predictions of climate catastrophes, it is another form of anti-capitalism (pro-communism) propaganda meant to capture your mind through fear.Image A teachable moment.

🧵Look past the language of Trump trying to "control" elections, and you see that DHS and DOJ are hard at work trying to clean up our elections.

Reuters uncovered a broader‑than‑previously known Trump administration effort to gain federal control over elections, historically run locally, in at least eight states – using investigations, raids and demands for access to balloting systems and voter ID."Image Here's where Reuters gets the language of "control" from. It's understandable, but it's also hyperbole—hyperbole that Trump also uses, so fair is fair. Image

Kerkhoff v. Blaze Media LLC

Steve Baker, Joseph Hanneman, and their company Veritas Regnat LLC have failed to respond to the libel and slander lawsuit brought against them over their erroneous claims that former Capitol Police officer Shauni Kerkhoff was responsible for the J5 Pipe Bombs.

The judge has ordered the clerk to file an entry of default against them and for the plaintiffs to file a motion for default judgment.

DOJ Investigators Gain Access to Fulton's 2020 Election Records as County is Hit w/ New Subpoenas

Lawfare efforts from Abbe Lowell, Norm Eisen, and Fulton County had halted the DOJ’s review of the seized records—some 600 boxes of materials from the 2020 Election.

A federal court has now ruled in favor of the DOJ.
On January 28, 2026, the FBI raided a storage facility in Fulton County, Georgia, to seize records related to the 2020 election. The raid was conducted pursuant to several search warrants arising from a criminal probe into the 2020 election.

That probe is being led by Thomas Albus, the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri and Special Counsel to the Attorney General.

During the raid, the FBI collected more than 600 boxes of records, including tabulator receipts, ballots, envelopes, digital records, and other materials.

Hmmm...

In addition to co-owning the Cannabis Outlet, VA State Sen. Louise Lucas also has ownership in these businesses:

The Lucas Lodge, Portsmouth Day Support Program, and Southside Direct Care.

Those catch my eye. They are healthcare and disability assistance businesses.

Lucas Lodge in particular has a history of serious incidents, including deaths, and the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services website shows multiple Corrective Action Plans (CAP) across the past five years.

In her role as a state senator, Lucas serves on the Education and Health Committee, which oversees Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), as well as the Departments of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) and Health (VDH).

I wonder if the FBI raid is in relation to either a) a fraud setup that is similar to what has been uncovered in Minnesota and/or b) an investigation by HHS-OIG or similar.
