MANUAL RECORDING OF TIME TRIAL RESULTS
After you complete your time trial, don't forget to check that your results are automatically updated in your apps!  If need be, manually update your settings across any devices/apps/watches that you use.  The most common things to update are your AVERAGE HEART RATE, MAX HEART RATE, and THRESHOLD PACE as this information can be use to better custom-tailor your workouts in TrainingPeaks, TriDot, or RunDot!

Step 1) - Link to a 4 Star coach via a free (or premium) accounts on various training plan tools:
