Service Provider

Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by Together Digital Coaching, including website design, redesign, SEO/GEO consulting, branding, and ongoing maintenance.
Payment
Projects are invoiced as follows: 50% deposit upon project confirmation, 50% upon delivery. For ongoing retainer services, invoicing is monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Together Digital Coaching reserves the right to agree on alternative payment structures on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the project phase at the time of cancellation. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. For cancellations mid-project, compensation is calculated based on work completed. Details are agreed individually per project.
Delivery & Revisions
Delivery timelines are agreed upon at project start. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions are billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Support after Delivery
Together Digital Coaching provides complimentary support for 30 days following project delivery. This covers bug fixes and minor adjustments directly related to the delivered work. It does not cover new features or content changes.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines without liability for Together Digital Coaching.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered work. Together Digital Coaching retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Together Digital Coaching is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or third-party platform outages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective project.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
