    #NEWS: A historic $100M settlement against Riot Games is approved. Not only will Riot provide relief to nearly 1,600 women who suffered discrimination, they must also take action to ensure no other employees suffer similar harms in the future. Learn more ➡️bit.ly/3pFQ7wR

    On Equal Pay Day we’re sharing new numbers on California’s pay gap. While our state has some of the strongest equal pay laws nationwide, our data shows people aren’t being paid equally across industries — especially for women of color. (1/5) #EqualPayDay
