- So who's going to hold Twitch responsible for failure to report a crime ? Twitches responsibility was to be that little girls first line of defense with proper security built in to their whisper system (which is not) or at least be her voice after the fact. Neither happened.Staying silent/neutral in these types of situations speaks volumes in my opinion. It's not about cancel culture. It's about shitty people being held responsible for their actions.
