- We wanted to update everyone that we’ve been unable to process cashouts for participants via PayPal this afternoon. We're in contact with PayPal to resolve this issue and will update you as soon as we have any news.
- Taking care of our participants is key to successful #research. It’s important to appreciate people for their time and contributions. As part of this, today we've increased the minimum participant reward from £5/$6.50 to £6/$8 an hour. Learn more here: bit.ly/increase-reward
- Replying to @Prolific⚠️ We're so sorry about this, and it's not a decision that we've taken lightly, but doing so will give our engineers more time to work on fixing the problem and avoid any further issues
- We are aware of an incident regarding a bad actor, posing as a researcher and are taking immediate action. We are deeply sorry for any offence caused.
- Replying to @ProlificUPDATE - We're continuing to work with PayPal to get cashouts back up and running. We don't yet have an estimated time for the fix from PayPal, but we'll let you all know as soon as we have further information.
