- David Tennant was Dr. Who from 2005 to 2010. Matt Smith was Dr. who from 2010 to 2013. Peter Capaldi was Dr. Who from 2013 to 2017. Jodie Whittaker will be Dr. who until autumn 2022. Then it will be someone else, because that’s how this show works…?!?
