I made a GTA Vice City styled map of Kochi! Technically it's OpenStreetMap with GTA VC style, so you can see all of Earth like this: lab.subinsb.com/gta-vice-city-… But Kochi feels right because of the lake, ocean, navy, beaches, islands similar to GTA VC: lab.subinsb.com/gta-vice-city-…

My CS engineering degree forced me to explore Assembly, Compiler Design and it blew my mind on the inner workings of a computer. I find most programmers working on the higher level abstractions fail to see the beauty of it or is blissfully ignorant.

Got to try the Kerala gov owned (PPP) laptop. A good one for 20K Rs with 3 years warranty! Comes predefault with Kerala's Linux distro. Met a middle aged farmer today only using free/swadesh software, from LineageOS to Matrix/Signal to Kerala's own laptop. This is his.
