Just spent 20 minutes consoling my crying 9 year old who is a major Steve Smith fan after he watched the press conference. Encouraging him and all kids to write Steve a letter telling him how much you love and admire him.

My husband has lost his dear Mum to Covid and some cruel heartless people are questioning if it’s a hoax or if she even had the virus as she was double vaccinated. Appalling.

We’ve all adapted to massive changes throughout this wretched pandemic. We’ve accepted backflips on bad decisions. The Rapid Antigen Tests must be provided free and must be easier to access. How can we manage this thing if we can’t get PCR or RAT tests easily and drama free?

To be clear - @stevesmith49 did not ask to have his message to my son made public. It is not part of a PR campaign. I perhaps should have left it as a personal note but I thought gave some insight into the man that Steve is and I did run it past him to make sure he was Ok with it

Totally done with the self righteous fools telling shop workers, police, medical staff etc that they have “rights” and don’t need to wear a mask in areas where it’s mandated they should. Wear. The. Mask.

To those who comment that I “look so different” when I post pics without the full TV hair and makeup - no sh** Sherlock! An hour with a professional hair and makeup artist is time well spent for good reason. Always feels like such a backhanded insult.. Au naturel is ok too tho..

For those directing hate and vitriol my way for reporting the Galaxy exit poll results which turned out to be wrong - I did not CONDUCT the poll. As a journo I was REPORTING the poll results. Most polls got it wrong. Not sure how I’m personally responsible...
