Blatant lie. I learned Hindi as second language (English as first) all through school in Chennai. Even today you can learn Hindi in most schools at least as the third language, and even if not enough other avenues to learn. BJP’s incompetence in handling situations like Manipur

For many years, in the name of opposing ‘Hindi imposition’, there is a practice of not allowing the study of Hindi & Sanskrit in Tamil Nadu. It is to an extent that we cannot learn Hindi or Sanskrit even if we wish to. You have every right to develop the Tamil Language. But
