- Every single intermediate dev has thought "we could just derive the UI from the schema" at some point, and eventually discovered why they were wrong. If you don't understand this, you've never built big boy UIs.Taking one idea very seriously: Software should only have to define the schema of data in a single place. From that singular schema, all the other aspects of the software system should be able to derived: from the user interface all the way to the storage layer.
