Always greeted by a smiling faced, friendly professional employee. Scott the audiologist made a point to talk to me as a person, not just a patient and put me at ease. He discussed what’s involved in the testing, then explained the results. Upstate is the only place I will come for my hearing appointments.

I love UpState Hearing! They are very friendly and answer any questions you might have in an easy to understand way. They are always helpful when I walk in to pick up any supplies I need and when scheduling my appointments I don't have to wait 6 months to be seen. There is always fresh cookies, coffee, tea or hot chocolate laid out welcoming anyone who comes in. It's comfortable and friendly yet professional and ready to help. I recommend them to all my friends and to you also. Thank you UpState Hearing Instruments, I can hear again!

I didn't enjoy my visit this time. First off the girl that waited on me was 25 minutes past my appointment time and once I got in to see her I could see why she was late. She talked way too much. I do think she was trying to be thorough but the conversation seemed to be never ending. She is very nice but could be alot faster in my opinion.
