How do I buy Prime Video ad-free?
Prime members can buy Ad-free by visiting ‘primevideo.com/your-account’ on Prime Video and selecting ‘Go Ad-Free’. Once subscribed, your linked profiles won’t see ads during on-demand movies and TV shows (except for skippable promotional trailers).

Note: Prime Lite members need to upgrade to Prime to access Ad-Free. Some content, like TV and free ad-supported programming, will continue to show ads.
How do I cancel my plan?
If you signed-up for your Prime membership directly through us, you may cancel your Prime membership at any time by visiting https://www.amazon.in/mc.
How many devices can be used simultaneously on a Prime subscription?
You can access shopping benefits simultaneously without any restrictions. Under Prime Lite plan, you can access video benefits on only 1 device. Under Prime plan, you can access video benefit on upto 5 devices including 2 TVs. You can use music benefits on only 1 device simultaneously.
Can I turn off/on auto-renewal during the course of my membership?
Yes, you can manage your auto-renewal selection and turn it on/off as per your choice during the course of your membership on ( https://www.amazon.in/mc ). If you have got your membership through a telecom partner or billed through Google - please contact the respective partner to make changes to your auto-renewal mandate.
