Yes. Everything shared in your session is held in strict professional confidence. We will never share your information without your explicit consent. The only exceptions are rare legal obligations — such as where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others — which all registered practitioners in Ghana are bound by.
Regular sessions take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm and are booked and paid online instantly. Premium sessions are available before 9am, after 4pm, weekends and on holidays — request via the enquiry form and our team will assign a therapist and send a secure payment link within 24 hours. Premium Plus is a priority slot within 24 hours, any day, also arranged via enquiry form.
After payment you will be taken directly to a booking calendar to choose your preferred session date and time. A confirmation and receipt will also be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp.
Nothing elaborate. Just come with an open mind and a general sense of what you would like support with — even if you are not sure how to put it into words yet. Your therapist will guide the conversation, and there are no wrong answers. The first session is simply about getting to know you.
Yes. All our services are available both in-person at our Haatso, Accra centre and virtually via a secure video link. Virtual sessions are just as effective as face-to-face appointments for most concerns — many clients prefer them for the privacy and flexibility they offer. Whichever format you choose, the standard of care is identical.
Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your session via WhatsApp on 0531 100 557 or email at info@arukacentre.com. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit. We understand that life happens — please reach out as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through expressPay Ghana, a trusted Ghanaian payment gateway. Aruka Centre does not store your card number or mobile money PIN at any point. Your payment details go directly to expressPay and are never seen by our team.
