Demos for every exercise

Virtual programs can be difficult to follow, so to eliminate any guesswork, I included a video demonstration for every single exercise.

Equipment needed

  • One long bungee (10ft.) I recommend this one or two exercise bands strong enough for resisted sprints

  • Tennis balls (or similar) for reactive work

  • Some drills require a partner for reaction purposes


    Optional: a pull sled with weight plates (bands will also work), cones, mini hurdles
