Dr. Michael Gale (he/him) is a Licensed Psychologist providing psychological services in Connecticut and New York. He is an Associate Professor at Springfield College, Lecturer/Clinical Supervisor at Yale University, and Consulting Psychologist at Westminster School.
Dr. Gale earned his PhD in Counseling Psychology at the University at Albany. Dr. Gale began providing psychological treatment in 2010 and currently maintains a small private practice providing individual therapy to teens and adults. He provides organizational consultation with focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
Dr. Gale's research is focused on oppression and social justice among marginalized and privileged social identities, social identity, health disparities, and psychological well-being of racial minorities, and training of multicultural competency. He teaches courses Personality Assessment, Clinical Supervision and Consultation, and Advanced Doctoral Practicum.
