do athletes need prior playing experience?

Not at all. Programs are designed so everyone learns, participates, and feels included, whether they’re just starting or have years of experience.

Our goal is to ensure athletes of all abilities are meaningfully included. Every athlete is met where they are, ensuring opportunities to exercise, improve skills, and make new friends. We build each practice and game experience with all of our athletes in mind, and tailor our programs to best meet the needs of each unique group of players. HOw much do programs cost?

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, no athlete will ever be excluded due to financial hardship. Empower Sports offers every inclusive sports program for just $30 but that fee can be waived during the registration process.

is their an age requirement?

We recommend Empower Sports programs for ages 6 and older. For eager athletes that are under 6, please reach out to us to learn about other opportunities available to you.

information regarding our coaches and volunteers:

Empower Sports cannot guarantee that a 1:1 aide will be available at every practice or game but we do closely monitor each program to make sure that it is properly staffed by our coaches and trained volunteers.

Our coaches take their unique and diverse skillset from their full time jobs and apply them to our programs. From working at Progressive Field for the Cleveland Guardians to teaching a full classroom at a local Autism School, our coaches are ready to add new players to our growing rosters!
