Take your driving further with our Advanced Driver course – build confidence, develop sharper skills, and unlock a deeper understanding of the road.

You'll work 1-to-1 with a qualified volunteer Observer to develop sharper road awareness and enjoy your rides even more. Thousands have taken the course to challenge themselves, support causes like Blood Bikes, or to improve their safety. All you need is your own motorbike and a full A, A1 or A2 licence.

Our Mature Driver Review is a relaxed session with an IAM RoadSmart expert. They’ll help boost your confidence behind the wheel and suggest further training if needed.

We’ve created a supportive, enjoyable assessment for younger drivers who want to build on their skills and feel more confident behind the wheel. Suitable for drivers aged 17-26.

Whether you're starting out as a new driver or you’ve been driving for years, this is the perfect session for you – just a two-hour drive with great results.

If you’ve been convicted of a drink-driving offence, this court-referred course can help you cut your ban by up to 25% and change the way you think about alcohol and driving for good. At IAM RoadSmart, we’re non-judgemental. We listen, we support, and we help you understand the risks of alcohol behind the wheel. Because this isn’t just about getting your licence back. It’s about learning from the past and building a safer future. To book your place you will need your unique Client ID number.

You've passed your Advanced Test and become an IAM RoadSmart member. Now, challenge yourself and take the next step: going for a F1RST! Our Members Driving Assessment is a fantastic chance for you to have your skills assessed and get your name on our F1RST Register. The Register recognises excellence and you'll gain feedback that can further improve your driving. This voluntary check is all about helping you identify areas where you can improve - you'll receive expert advice from one of our friendly IAM RoadSmart Assessors. The results of this assessment won’t impact your IAM RoadSmart membership status.
