The International Council on Archives (ICA) promotes the efficient and effective management and use of records, archives and data in all their formats and their preservation as the cultural and evidentiary heritage of humanity.
The International Council on Archives, Sarawak State Library and the National Archives of Malaysia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to formalise their collaboration for the ICA Biennial Conference 2027, to be held in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, from 16 to 21 October 2027, marking the official start of preparations for the event.
