LaunchPath is a fully remote professional training company dedicated to helping underrepresented professionals break into high-impact careers in technology.

Our programs are designed for career changers, immigrants, women, and people of colour who have the drive but need the skills, proof, and positioning to land Business Analyst and Project Manager roles.

WHY THIS SCHOLARSHIP EXISTS

  • We understand that the cost of getting started can stand between talented individuals and meaningful opportunities. Career transitions already require courage. Finances should not be the barrier that stops someone who is ready to move.

  • Many of the professionals we serve are newcomers to Canada rebuilding careers they already built once before, career changers supporting families on a single income, and women and people of color navigating an industry that has underinvested in their potential. This scholarship was created for them.

  • Through fully funded and 50% funded bootcamp seats, we are making sure that driven applicants who are ready to do the work have a way in. This is not about charity. It is about removing the one obstacle that has nothing to do with ability
