If you think AI-native means adding a chatbot, these roles aren't for you. We're hiring two senior leaders who understand that AI changes how you build, not just what you build. ➡️ Principal Product Manager You'll own product strategy for a critical area of our platform. LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks; you see these as tools with tradeoffs, not buzzwords. 8+ years in B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping AI-native capabilities that customers actually use. ➡️ Manager, Engineering You'll lead the team that sets the technical foundation for how every other product team ships. UI frameworks, design systems, and component architecture. Equally comfortable writing code and setting org-level standards. 2-4 years of engineering leadership, ideally with front-end platform or design system experience. What both roles share: high accountability, fast pace, and a belief that AI belongs in the process, not just the product. • Surgical cancellations caused by sterile-processing delays cost a major public health system hundreds of thousands of dollars last year, and pushed waiting lists out by weeks. But now, Intellistack Streamline connects the sterile-processing systems, equipment tracking, and OR scheduling into a single workflow layer. AI flags the bottleneck before it becomes a cancellation. ROI is measured in weeks, not quarters. Why does this matter? Gartner says 72% of enterprise AI projects do not deliver the ROI they promised. 20% fail outright. The rest stall. The AI projects that work share a trait: they solve a specific, painful, measurable problem. This one did. See how it works - check out the first comment. #AI #HealthcareAI #AIAdoption #WorkflowAutomation #Intellistack

  • Higher Education is heading toward a Bed Bath & Beyond moment. Organizations that don't build digital-first experiences will lose students to those that do. The divide is happening now, and it will show up in admissions numbers and retention rates. The question isn't whether to transform. It's whether you do it before the market decides for you. We explored exactly how in our webinar with Fordham University. Link in the comments. #HigherEd #DigitalTransformation #StudentExperience #Intellistack

  • Most compliance teams can tell you which regulations they're subject to. Fewer can tell you exactly which datasets in their environment contain records covered by each one. That's the actual gap. You know GDPR applies somewhere in your systems. You know CPRA does too. But which connected data sources contain EU residents? Which have California consumers? When an auditor asks, the answer usually involves a manual review that takes days and goes stale immediately. Intellistack Streamline now handles this automatically. Geoclassification reads the location data already in your systems (addresses, coordinates, country-coded phone numbers) and maps every dataset to the regulatory frameworks that apply. The results show up directly in your Data Catalog. No manual classification. No periodic audits that are outdated by the time they're finished. Just a current, always-updating view of your jurisdictional landscape. That's an AI-native platform where AI is built-in, not bolted-on. Governed, not gambled. • A workflow without data is just a to-do list. That's the insight behind why we changed our name. Formstack became Intellistack when we added a data layer because orchestration only matters if it has something to act on. Here's how we think about the stack now: 1️⃣ Data management and activation: pulling in the right data at the right time 2️⃣ Workflow orchestration: connecting the steps that turn data into action 3️⃣ System orchestration: where AI and agent-to-agent coordination build in predictability, so you know when something breaks before it costs you Most vendors stop at layer two. We're building all three. Watch the full conversation at the link in the first comment. #WorkflowAutomation #DataOrchestration #Intellistack #AIAgents #OperationsStrategy

  • Three years of "you're on mute" later, people are craving something screens can't deliver. Zoom fatigue is real. The hunger for in-person connection is real. And the businesses getting this right aren't doing it arbitrarily; they're being intentional. Intellistack's Director of People, Dustin Hutton-Alcorn, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, joined the Return to People podcast to talk about what it means to build a people-first business, including how Intellistack thinks deliberately about co-location, time zone overlap, and where people work so that human connection isn't left to chance. It's the thinking behind growing talent in purposeful hubs in Denver, Toronto, and Krakow. Finding the happy medium between letting people do their best work where they're most comfortable and making sure you can bring them together when it matters. "It's about building the connective tissue." Full episode out today and in the comments - check it out. Thanks to Kaleem Clarkson (COO, Co-Founder) and the Blend Me, Inc team for featuring Dustin on the Return to People podcast! #PeopleFirst #Leadership #EmployeeExperience #CompanyCulture #ReturnToPeople #HRLeadership #Intellistack

  • 70% of companies can't locate 10% of their own contracts. If you run finance, legal, or RevOps, that line should make you uncomfortable. The documents that encode every customer, vendor, and partner relationship are missing for many companies one in ten times. Intellistack Corporate Counsel Max Brennan calls this the hidden "agility tax" scaling businesses pay for manual contract processes. Revenue leaks. Deals stall. Finance can't forecast. Legal gets blamed. The answer is treating contracts like what they are: the central nervous system of the business. • A healthcare referral process shouldn't depend on a fax machine and a spreadsheet saved on someone's desktop for eight years. Healthcare teams aren't asking for "more automation." They're asking to stop entering the same data into three systems, to get rid of the point solutions that don't talk to each other, and to capture clinical evaluations in the moment, not at the end of a 12-hour shift. If this resonates with you, check out the full webinar where we show how Intellistack Streamline connects clinical and administrative workflows so healthcare organizations can reduce costs, improve throughput, and deliver better patient outcomes. • Your AI doesn't need to be hacked to put you at risk. It just needs to be inconsistent. The most dangerous AI failure inside an enterprise workflow isn't a hallucination a user spots and laughs at. It's a quiet drift: an AI step that respects permissions 19 times out of 20, that asks for clarification most of the time but not every time, that pulls the right record except when it doesn't. For Legal, Compliance, and Security teams, that 1-in-20 problem isn't a quality issue. It's an audit issue, a privacy issue, and a regulatory issue stacked into one. Traditional software tells you when a control fails. AI keeps working, and the log entry still reads "success." The only way to close that gap is to test the system against the standard the business actually expects. That discipline has a name: evals. Evals, or evaluations, are what make AI behavior consistent and reliable, so you can trust the outcomes. They are how mature teams prove their AI respects permissions, refuses ambiguous requests, and holds the line on destructive actions, not once in a polished demo, but consistently, at scale. That is why the Intellistack Streamline platform treats evals as security infrastructure, not a QA checkbox. • A 23-page paper application. Turned into an automated online workflow. In weeks. That's what TASC did when they digitized their proposal process with Formstack (now Intellistack). No more clunky back-and-forth between sales reps, distributors, and clients. Just a conditional logic form, document automation, and 80+ proposals out the door in the first few weeks alone. The result: a sales team that sells instead of chases paperwork. See how they did it. Full story in the first comment. #DocumentAutomation #SalesEnablement #WorkflowAutomation #Formstack #Intellistack
