About us

ZenIS is an IT services company specializing in consultations, implementation, and continuous support helping businesses plan, build, and maintain effective IT solutions. While tons of different IT solutions, platforms and services can solve the issue short-term, it often generates a hidden long-term challenges: - Misaligned strategy - Budget overruns - Slow user adoption - Legacy systems ZenIS is how you change that. At ZenIS, we believe digital shouldn’t be chaotic. It should be clean, calm, and concrete to bring excellency and efficiency. That's why we don’t offer services, we offer a structure that works. 🔹 One partner & full digital stack: consulting, strategy, development, delivery and maintenance. We’ve done it for Decathlon, Bosch, ZEParts - and we can do it for you. 🔹For example, we helped PowerFlow Trade cut manual reporting time from 2 hours to 2 minutes: a 50× efficiency boost that unlocked scalability and freed up resources for growth. 🔹Another example, was ZenIS helping Decathlon during Covid to boost the process of order-picking what drastically boosted performance. • Your organization probably already knows where employees spend TOO much time: 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 repetitive questions, 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 for information across systems, processing routine 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀.. These are exactly the types of processes AI agents can take over. AI agents are helping businesses and public sector organizations automate processes, support employees, handle repetitive requests, and work with internal knowledge bases. 🔵 ZenIS doesn't offer a one-size-fits-all AI product. We build 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀: ▪️Your processes and data ▪️Your integrations ▪️Your branding, UX *for organizations where security is critical, solutions can be deployed on the client's own infrastructure, ensuring full control over data and access. 𝗭𝗲𝗻𝗜𝗦 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. We are also proud to be 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲, helping organizations that are exploring AI adoption more easily identify trusted solutions available in the Latvian market. If you've read this far, you probably already have a process in mind that could be delegated to an AI agent. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀? You don't need to understand LLMs, vector databases, or AI architecture to get started. Get in touch with us, and we'll help you turn an idea into a working solution: securely, efficiently, and without unnecessary complexity.

  • How do you measure the success of an IT project? By the number of features delivered? By meeting the deadline? Or by staying within budget? 🔵 Technology is easy to demonstrate, but business impact is much harder. Anyone can showcase dashboards, AI models, integrations, and new functionality. The real test comes after implementation, when teams begin experiencing the impact in their daily work. That's why client feedback means so much to us. It tells us whether we've achieved the outcome that matters most. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 following the implementation of their AI-powered document & process management app. Thank you for the trust and collaboration. 💙

  • Most companies spend years building expertise and very few make it accessible. Competitive advantage begins when expertise can be accessed, shared, and applied at scale. When operational knowledge becomes available in seconds instead of being buried in documents, procedures, and conversations, employees move faster, decisions become easier, and processes become easier to scale. Our latest project focused on exactly that. 🔵 A secure web and mobile app with an integrated AI agent that helps employees access company knowledge, complete document-related actions, and navigate everyday operational processes through a single interface. • 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲? Many companies believe their website is "good enough" simply because it works today. But 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱𝘀, but when the business starts growing, complexity increases, and systems are expected to support more than they were originally designed for. A scalable website is not defined by how many servers it uses or how modern the technology stack appears. It is defined by whether the business can continue evolving without the platform becoming an operational constraint (so called "Technical Debt"). ▪️ Can new integrations be added without destabilising the system? ▪️ Can new functionality be launched without weeks of technical debt cleanup? ▪️ Can marketing campaigns scale traffic without operational failures behind the scenes? ▪️ Or simply - can it functionally operate regardless of the traffic volume? These are the questions that define scalability. One of the most underestimated 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 is integration complexity. Every additional ERP connection, payment provider, external API, analytics tool, or third-party platform increases not only functionality but also the number of potential failure scenarios inside the architecture. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. A small delay in one external service can trigger synchronisation issues, overloaded queues, duplicated data, or cascading failures across interconnected systems. At that point, the problem is no longer traffic. The problem is architectural fragility. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰. It directly affects: → how quickly businesses can launch new initiatives → how stable operations remain during growth → how much time teams spend creating value instead of fixing accumulated issues At ZenIS, we view scalable architecture as a long-term business investment not because it prevents servers from crashing, but because it prevents growth from becoming chaotic, expensive, and operationally unpredictable.

And you can read it right now ⬇️ Regularly, ZenIS publishes articles to share expert knowledge, insights, and sometimes even unpopular opinions about IT in business.  These articles focus not on trends or hype cycles, but on the realities businesses face when making technology decisions that directly affect growth, scalability, and operational resilience. Our latest one, for example, addresses what we regularly see:  𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆? Everyone is afraid of being left behind. Almost every business thinks: "We need AI." But is that really true? As ZenIS experts shared in the article: "𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘥, 𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘱𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘱𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨.” You can buy the most advanced AI on the market but if your culture isn't ready, if your processes are broken, if your people see AI as a threat -> you're just speeding up existing problems. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲: • Why automating the wrong things kills your margins • The workload paradox nobody talks about • When strategic restraint beats technological enthusiasm 🔵 Read the full English version: https://lnkd.in/dq7qBXs6 🔵 Latvian version (in partnership with EDIC): https://lnkd.in/dQ57Ex9W If you've ever questioned whether AI is always the answer, share this with a colleague who needs to hear it.

Productive days with Baltic leaders on governance, speed, and long-term value. A few weeks back, ZenIS CEO Roberts Dzenis and co-owner Alex Schtelbe participated in the 2026 Baltic Corporate Governance Conference and the Annual General Meeting organised by Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) in Vilnius. The conference convened shareholders, boards of directors, and company heads from all over the Baltics for discussions revolving around one key issue: ◽ Sustainability in an era where everything changes faster than ever before. For 2 days delegates shared their views on governance, leadership, decision-making processes, and the ever-evolving role of stakeholders when it comes to fostering sustainable businesses. In addition, it was also an excellent chance for ZenIS to meet up and hold productive discussions with delegates from all over Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania, learning about how the businesses within the region develop and sustain themselves. We are grateful for having been able to participate in such important discussions, and would like to thank BICG for putting up such an interesting discussion and want to thank the organisers of this event.

  • 100+ business leaders across 10+ sectors in one 3-hour exchange. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 ZenIS & WhatDigital 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. We had people from medical, retail, finance, construction, public sector and a bunch of others besides. Private and public both. And the reason we brought them all into one room wasn't random. It was because their challenges kept lining up, no matter the industry. We didn’t want just another presentation marathon. We mixed digital marketing with IT perspectives so people could see the full picture not just how to create demand, but how to actually build systems and processes strong enough to handle it. On the ZenIS side, we focused on the kind of questions that actually come up in business: 🔓 when do you just automate something, and when do you really need AI? 🔓 what has to be in place first before you can even think about advanced tech? 🔓 at what point do standard tools start holding you back? Here’s what the Business Expedition actually gave people: - A real chance to talk directly with experts and other business leaders - Conversations based on actual problems - Networking that didn’t feel fake, people actually followed up afterward People told us they liked how practical it was.  And that the conversation didn't end when the event did. But most important for us, this event was just the beginning. The start of new partnerships and ongoing dialogues. At ZenIS, that's how we work. Not just handing out technology, but sharing what we know so businesses can make better calls on system architecture, custom developing, and building stuff that lasts. Thanks to all the leaders who showed up and trusted us with their time. This was just the start and we're thankful you're in it with us. Stay tuned for more exciting updates and opportunities to come! 💙

  • Yesterday, ZenIS representatives attended the AmCham Latvia reception welcoming the Virginia Defense Trade Delegation. As an AmCham Latvia member, we see particular value in formats that go beyond formal agendas and enable real conversations between business leaders and institutions. The reception created an environment where dialogue is immediate, perspectives are exchanged without intermediaries, and connections are built on a foundation of shared context and trust. During the event, we had the opportunity to meet and speak with H.E. Melissa Argyros, U.S. Ambassador to Latvia, as well as representatives of the Defense Trade Delegation from Virginia, bringing together senior executives from companies operating in defense and dual-use sectors. For companies operating in technology and software development, such interactions are not only about networking. They provide insight into evolving priorities across industries, expose opportunities for cross-sector collaboration, and strengthen alignment with international markets where reliability, security, and scalability are critical. At ZenIS, we consider participation in these engagements an essential component of our long-term approach staying closely connected to global ecosystems, understanding market direction, and contributing to the development of meaningful, cross-border partnerships. We thank AmCham Latvia, the U.S. Embassy Riga, Virginia Economic Development Partnership and all partners involved for facilitating this level of dialogue.
