THE STORY
Nara is Rana Askoul's Dubai-based healing space that's deeply rooted in the region's history and present, traditions and practices, and ancestral healing heritage.
Rana's work is centered on the renewal of the Arab spirit, helping individuals and communities come back to remembrance of their own personal and ancestral inheritance of love, liberation, creativity, abundance, wisdom, sovereignty and power.
Rana teaches and consults in a variety of settings and formats: from in person and online one-on-one sessions and group classes, to her video library of readings and teachings. The Nara Sisterhood is her container dedicated to Arab women reclaiming their bodies, hearts and voices.
As a storyteller, ritualist and heritage keeper whose ancestors walked the Galilean hills of Palestine for hundreds of years, Rana activates voice, memory and embodied ceremony as tools of remembrance, expanding the space where heritage meets healing and renewal. Her community engagements draw on ancestral Palestinian and Arab practices - from Mawwal infused signing to henna blessings, from regional ancestral somatic release rituals to sacred foremothers teachings.

The SisterhoodA membership container for Arab women reclaiming their spiritual and material sovereignty. Open only to women who have engaged in a series of one-on-one sessions. We gather online twice a month in embodied circles rooted in story, breath and our foremothers' wisdom. Members receive access to weekly in person Nara flow. This is an ongoing journey of discovery, devotion and rising together.

One on One1:1 sessions that support you in reclaiming your love, creativity, wisdom, sovereignty, power and vitality. Sessions combine somatic (body awareness) practices and protocols, Reiki, emotional and spiritual liberation work, and ancestral healing practices. Tarot & Oracle readings are also available for those drawn to deep reflections weaved through symbols and narrative.

Nara Feminine FlowA 60 minute, women-only, in person flow every Sunday night at Nara's physical space in Dubai. The flow combines somatic principles, regional ancestral traditions, breath and sounding. It is designed to bring ease and flow to the body, release energetic and emotional stagnation , and re-ignite the inner fire. The Nara flow is deeply embedded in regional stories, music, and wisdom traditions.
