Building on what others said, staying close to him will make it easier to dodge. Also when the adds come in using bone cage with preferably the extra pinning support gem equipped is a massive help. I got through the fight by controlling adds with bone cage and then using archer minions' gas arrows and volatile dead wand. The nice thing about volatile dead is since there's so many adds in this fight all the corpses really increase your damage. The DoTs I used were contagion, essence drain with wither support gem and enfeeble with chaos DoT support gem. Killed him at level 20 without much issue.

Definitely tough. I had to farm the area a bit before I could progress.
I also changed my build up to a gas archer minion, Volatile Dead build and Bone Cage equipped with the extra pinning support gem to control the adds followed by blowing them up. All the while keeping DoTs up on the boss like Contagion and Essence Drain with wither support gem and Enfeeble with the chaos DoT support gem equipped on it. Once I figured out the flow of my new build I handled the entire fight pretty well at level 20. I also had the malice scepter equipped though I'm not entirely sure how much that affected it.

Yeah I made sure to mention it in the survey.

They didn't need to remove the old standard ways of the moveset to add the new ones. The new restrictions feel unnecessary, and I hope they change it before by release otherwise it might be the first time I don't main charge blade since its introduction in the series.

I want to SAED straight from Sword and Shield mode like before. I don't like needing to do the extra combo in Axe mode or requiring the monster to attack to use it from sword and shield mode. I also like being able to cancel L2 Savage Axe mode from an SAED like in Iceborne. Them removing those options felt unnecessary. They could've kept those options and still added the new ones.

Love the character creator. Also the starting outfit gives me Castlevania vibes!

Coming from someone who started modding games as a kid with Oblivion on an ancient PC that got ~15-20 FPS, I concur that this runs fine. The FPS isn't the best but sometimes there is a tradeoff we're willing to make for mods.

I think the reaction to low FPS is a bit overblown but I also understand that especially younger people aren't used to the idea of a PC that can barely handle the power mods require since there hasn't been a new elder scrolls game in over a decade. The steam deck takes us back to that place of compromise.
