So its 8/10/2024 and I had to turn off HDR on Display settings and then turn ON HDR in the snipping tool settings... This is opposite to everything here but its what got my screenshots to be normal. Just putting this out there, and thanks everyone for the help.

First curse fasho I loved it. Hit hard and was pretty consistent, a bit more slower paced but very gratifying.
