Most of us are quite clear on what we don’t want. Envisioning what we do want is more difficult, yet it’s the most critical step in the process of achieving it.
Thankfully, Ignite the Spark makes it easy.
Boost your confidence and get happy as you uncover the patterns of thought, feeling and behavior that are present in every successful moment of your life. We call them “Success Patterns.” When you focus on your successes, your self-confidence soars and creates the perfect environment for setting—and reaching—meaningful goals.
This guided journey helps you uncover your potential and maximize your success—all by cultivating more happiness and positivity. You will:

• Feel more engaged, motivated and confident
Using scientifically proven practices, Ignite the Spark consistently results in people just like you accomplishing goals they first thought to be impossible.
What you’ll get in Ignite the Spark
Through this program you will define who you uniquely are, your purpose and the impact, and steps to live your life with intention This will guide you as you choose what you want and move toward achieving it. All this is achieved through:
Fully guided journey
A two month-long (18 hrs) journey of discovery and growth with a certified coach and a small, tight-knit cohort (max 8 people)
Tailored Coaching
Two 1:1 coaching sessions where we will work together and set you up for success then debrief your learning experience
Community access
12 months membership to the Trailmaker Collective, a private community offering resources, coaching, and more
4+ hours of self-paced content to leverage between and after sessions, plus connection with peers and other Ignite alums

Ignite the Spark is an intentionally designed, small-group learning experience facilitated by a certified coach. However, it is not coaching specifically. The mindsets, personal insights and clarity you will develop as a result of Ignite the Spark is perfectly aligned to bring into a coaching relationship. You may use coaching after Ignite to help you continue making progress toward your goals.

The Ignite Scholarship is designed to provide folks access to the course despite not having the financial ability to pay the full tuition — this may be because you’ve been laid off, are between jobs without steady income, are a student, or have other financial constraints. Please reach out to hello@stackrisecoaching.com to indicate your interest and share why you may qualify for a scholarship opportunity. We’ll discuss details and help as best we can. Scholarship openings are limited per cohort, so if we no longer have a seat in the month you’re interested in, you will be placed on a waitlist. Enrollment is then handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each cohort consists of weekly live sessions over the course of 2 months. These sessions will be most often in the morning and early afternoons Pacific time. Sessions will be the same day each week to help with scheduling, and we will offer some cohorts during the week and others on the weekends for maximum flexibility. Check the current cohort sign-up space for specific dates of currently scheduled sessions.

There will be a new cohort (almost) every other month. You can expect each cohort to begin early in the month, and we will do our best to schedule around public holidays. If you are interested in a future cohort that is not yet scheduled, please reach out to hello@stackrisecoaching.com and we’ll be happy to work with you to reserve a seat.

Each cohort will operate on U.S. Pacific time. Live sessions will be in the morning, making them accessible for other U.S.-based time zones as well (e.g., 9am - 12pm Pacific / 12pm - 3pm Eastern).

Live sessions will be facilitated via online video meeting. There will be a preference for Google Meet, however we may choose to use the community’s built in session tool (referred to as a “Circle Live Room”). All session links will be provided before the start of the first live session.

The minimum required time needed is about 24 hours — this includes live session times, additional course content that will be completed between sessions, and included coaching sessions. However, the time you put into this experience will directly impact what you get out of it, so while this would be the minimum recommended time you may choose to spend additional time on some of the out-of-class exercises to go deeper or revisit your material.

This is a private, membership space within the StackRise Coaching community on Circle. An annual membership is an included perk when you enroll in Ignite the Spark. Membership offers content and coaching opportunities valued up to $4,200 annually!). Ignite the Spark is required to join the Collective to provide greater context and opportunity for meaningful connection with other alums.

Ignite the Spark was originally part of Susan Clark’s “Ignition Series” by heartspark. The foundation and goals of the curriculum are the same, while the context and facilitation will continue to evolve as a StackRise Coaching offering. Alums are welcome to re-take Ignite the Spark for a refresh, or may also choose to simply join our membership community, the Trailmaker Collective. This community will support and continue to offer development experiences grounded in coaching, purpose, values and your success patterns.
