Be a Voice For Run Specialty

The Running Event’s Ambassador Program is an opportunity for passionate run specialty retailers and endurance event professionals to promote and represent TRE through their unique channels and networks.
This is more than an influencer program. TRE Ambassadors are trusted community voices who drive word-of-mouth awareness and support TRE in reaching a broader, more diverse range of industry professionals.
We welcome applications from individuals with varied experiences, perspectives, and roles within specialty retail or endurance event management. The 2026 cohort is limited to 5 individuals and is designed to be impactful, collaborative, and mutually rewarding.

How You’ll Show Up

We want your contribution to feel natural, not like a checklist. Choose deliverables that span at least two different formats. For example, a blog style post, social media reel, etc. Have another idea? Share it with us! If selected you’ll work with the TRE marketing team to confirm your content plan.

FAQ's

Can I apply if I haven't attended TRE before?

Yes! We’ll work with you to plan and create content that aligns with your first-time experience at TRE.

Do I need a large following to apply?

No! We’re looking for authentic industry voices and experience, not follower counts.

 
What's the time commitment?

Ambassadors complete 2–3 pieces of content across pre-event, onsite, and post-event windows, plus attend TRE December 1–3, 2026 to serve as an onsite presence and resource for fellow attendees. Of course, you’re welcome to create additional content beyond the required 2-3 projects.

Is travel to San Antonio covered?

Your hotel is covered for three nights, and you’ll receive an all-access pass to TRE. Ambassadors are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation to San Antonio.

If I apply, when will I hear back?

Selected ambassadors will be notified later this summer.

Ready to Represent TRE?

Applications will be accepted from June 17 to July 10.
All applicants will receive acknowledgement upon submission. TRE will select 5 ambassadors for the 2026 cohort; selected ambassadors will be notified late July.
