Delivering 2026

Upper West Market is not another food hall. It is a convergence of quality products and a commitment to supporting local communities and brands. Thirty five stalls - each exclusively for lease to local producers - fill the 9,000 square foot, open-air vendor area. While Building A’s first floor is reserved for local products, the second floor’s three suites, 13,000 square foot mezzanine level is available for office tenants.

Upper West Market’s vision is humble; to create and cultivate an accessible community that authentically bolsters local, fresh, and sustainable goods.
