    This afternoon, FTX asked for our help. There is a significant liquidity crunch. To protect users, we signed a non-binding LOI, intending to fully acquire FTX.com and help cover the liquidity crunch. We will be conducting a full DD in the coming days.

    Tip of the hat to @SBF_FTX for bailing out BlockFi and Voyager, but Bitcoiners admonish the 2008 bank bailouts for their moral hazard/too big to fail-ism. Is there a sense of hypocrisy or double standard for crypto firms? Are we just recreating the old system with new players?

    Why blockchain? Think of all those apps you buy on Google Play or skins bought on Roblox. They're centralized servers. If they went bust, you no longer have access to your assets. Blockchain lets you own your digital assets across platforms. Web2, Meet Web3 @CES

    The fight is on. Unfortunately, it will likely be epic - expect 12 rounds. This amendment dustup is just a warm up. I believe we will get an acceptable result today. Will keep you updated but want to say thx for opening Senators eyes to this big, diverse and impressive community.
