Poignant burial services in Normandy 🇨🇵 today. 2 young Coldstreamers, Gdsm Bayliss and Blyth were killed in the same tank in Aug ‘44. Their remains were discovered by a farmer, identified by a Coldstream Capstar. Today we were able to lay them to rest with their families.
The Regiment welcomes 2Lts Alfie Farndale and Alex Dingemans who commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst at the Sovereign’s Parade on Friday.
