    This is Bryan. After 3 yrs of separation from his mom due to Trump’s zero tolerance policy, he will finally reunite w/her this week. Despite such a traumatic experience, Bryan is fighting back by joining #TeamImmDef to help children like him know their rights.

    The atty just sent a colleague to the POE in Laredo to inquire as to the status of the children and what is going to happen. @CBP said they don’t know what will happen to them and told him to leave. This is not justice. This is what it looks like when the rule of law is failing.

    UPDATE: Atty just got off the phone with mom who was crying happy tears! Thank you to all, especially @JoaquinCastrotx & the @HispanicCaucus, for applying public pressure to @CBP to release these children. After a terrifying night facing the unthinkable, they have been released.

    We are closely following media reports about a prisoner swap, but have no confirmation yet. If reports are true, this is proof the Trump admin was lying in court and publicly about the custody of these men and who was in charge of their fates since the day they disappeared them,
