The center provides a centralized location where Boyle Heights residents, businesses, and community members impacted by the warehouse fire can receive information, assistance, services, and referrals from government agencies and nonprofit organizations.

A note at bottom states that the hours of operation may be expanded to include additional days go to CD14.LACity.gov for incident updates. The flyer also includes an accessibility statement noting that the City of Los Angeles provides reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act upon request.
