    Has your child missed one or both doses of their MMR or MMRV vaccine? The NHS MMRV vaccine helps protect against measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox. If your child is invited, book their appointment with your GP practice. More info ➡️ nhs.uk/mmrv

    Know your units, know your limits. There isn’t a completely safe amount of alcohol you can drink, but you are at lower risk of harm if you drink 14 units or less a week. Tracking your units helps you stay in control. #AlcoholAwarenessWeek
