Battle of the Somme
At approx. 7:05am on 1st July 1916, the men of the 36th (Ulster) Division advanced, alongside many others, with bravery & sacrifice during the first day of the Battle of the Somme.
We remember their courage.
We honour their sacrifice.
We will remember them.

The Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland offers its congratulations to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on becoming the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee.
It was with immense sadness that the Officers and members of the Loyal Orange Institution learnt of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
We humbly offer our heartfelt condolences to all members of the Royal Family at this time.

The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.
The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
The Union Flag shall be flown at half-mast on Orange Halls until after the Queen’s funeral and the conclusion of the period of National mourning. 2/2
