2014 के बाद से एक विशेष क़िस्म की प्रजाति का उभार हुआ है ‘कुंठितजीवी’ जो इसी कुंठा में तबाह हुए चले जा रहे हैं कि एक शख़्स बढ़ा तो बढ़ा कैसे, चला तो चला कैसे, जनता के दिल में बसा तो बसा कैसे, लोगों को उससे मुहब्बत हुई तो हुई कैसे? उस सा न बन पाने की कुंठा.. सांत्वना कुंठितजीवियों

Last night we saw courage! We (me and my husband) sat at a table early, in a restaurant in Jhansi. Behind us were a bunch of 16-17 years old - and a couple with two daughters.

These kids, students of class 11th (I later got to know), could have ignored it, and look away. Instead they chose to intervene and correct a wrong. That is courage. What we all need a bit of, everyday. May the coming year bring us all courage.
