Over the last few decades, so many CEO’s were tough, abusive type-A folks. 🙄 Over the next decade, I strongly believe the winners will be the nice, empathetic, and kind leaders. 💥 Those that deeply give a shit about their team + the workspace they are creating will win big.

Argh. Rough evening here. Great grandfather passed away a few moments ago. He was a holocaust survivor and came to the US In ‘46 with nothing. His parents and most of his siblings were killed Auschwitz. He created a loving family and a beautiful legacy. 💔💔 תנצב״ה
