    Muscatine’s Togeh Deseh has had an unbelievable morning in Des Moines. The junior heavyweight became a US citizen and swore the Oath of Allegiance downtown at 9:30, then hustled to his 3A quarterfinal! Congratulations, TD. #iahswr
