Newly Constituted Board of Directors
Congratulations to the newly appointed Board of Directors of Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) Ltd. as they begin their mandate to steer the refinery’s revival.
We were pleased to welcome Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor to the refinery and appreciate the assurance of government's commitment to TOR's full recovery. His visit has been an encouragement and reaffirms the shared goal of bringing the refinery back on stream .
Today, 25th Aug 2025, TOR MD Edmond Kombat, Esq. inaugurated a 14-member Enterprise Risk Management Committee, tasked with delivering a Risk Charter, Risk Register & Risk Policy.

Update: From the Desk of the Managing Director, TOR. Progress continues on the ongoing maintenance of the Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) and other key facilities, as TOR gears up for its comeback in October 2025. Special appreciation to the dedicated team driving this vital work.
It was a pleasure to have the MD of BOST, Afetsi Awoonor, visit TOR as part of our continued collaboration and to also tour the facility. TOR and BOST remain committed to strengthening Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector.
