SaaS content strategist for technical products
Turn product knowledge into content that ranks, gets cited, and supports pipeline.
SaaS content strategy and technical content writing for AI, developer-focused, and technical product companies.
I help technical SaaS companies build product-led content systems for Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and real buyers. Strategy, writing, content audits, BOFU pages, and SEO built around the product instead of a publishing calendar.

Your content should not just exist. It should explain, convince, and convert.
Most SaaS content gets published, targets a keyword, and still does nothing for pipeline. These are the problems I help SaaS teams fix.
Content that does not convert
- —Blog traffic that does not turn into leads
- —Product pages that explain features instead of buyer problems
- —Weak comparison and alternative pages
- —Content strategy disconnected from pipeline
Content that does not land
- —Generic AI-written content
- —Technical content that feels hard to understand
- —Tutorials that do not show the product clearly
The fix is not publishing more. The fix is building a content system around product knowledge, buyer intent, search demand, and authority.
Product-led content, built for search, AI discovery, and buyer trust
I start where most SaaS content should start: the product. Before writing, I study how the product works, who it is for, what problem it solves, how buyers compare alternatives, and what questions they ask before making a decision. Then I turn that knowledge into articles, tutorials, comparisons, guides, and content systems that can rank, get cited, and help buyers move forward.
Product understanding
I learn the product, workflows, use cases, competitors, and buyer pain before writing.
Search strategy
I map topics to buyer intent, keyword demand, product relevance, and content gaps.
AI visibility
I structure content with clear answers, strong entities, topical depth, and citation-worthy explanations.
Pipeline connection
I connect content to product outcomes, buyer stages, objections, and sales conversations.
Content strategy and writing for technical SaaS companies
I turn product knowledge, customer pain points, and technical workflows into clear, useful, revenue-focused content, from strategy and audits to BOFU pages and product-led writing.
SaaS content strategy
I help SaaS teams turn scattered content into a clear system connected to buyer intent, product positioning, search demand, and pipeline.
Technical content marketing
I write articles, tutorials, guides, explainers, and comparisons for SaaS and technical products, with enough product understanding to make the content useful.
Product-led SEO
I help SaaS teams build search content around features, use cases, comparisons, integrations, alternatives, and product-led buyer journeys.
Built for Google, AI answers, and the way SaaS buyers now research
SaaS buyers no longer discover products only through Google. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Reddit, YouTube, comparison sites, and AI Overviews before they ever visit your website. That changes how SaaS content needs to be written. I structure content with clear answers, product specificity, strong topical depth, expert signals, and citation-worthy explanations, so your brand has a better chance of being retrieved, trusted, and referenced across search and AI discovery channels.
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Content structured around direct buyer questions, clear explanations, and answer-ready sections that AI systems can understand and retrieve.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Content built to strengthen your brand's authority around a category, problem, use case, or workflow, so AI systems have stronger signals to associate your brand with the topic.
AI-ready content architecture
Internal links, entity clarity, source-style writing, product depth, and structured explanations that help both humans and machines understand your expertise.

A strategist who still writes the content
I'm Zadhid Powell, a SaaS content strategist and technical writer with over a decade writing for B2B software companies. My work has been published on HubSpot, Kinsta, Geekflare, MakeUseOf, Whop, and other SaaS, WordPress, and technical publications. The writing is the part people hire me for first. The strategy is what makes it worth hiring me for.
Most SaaS content writers produce output. I build assets. There's a difference: every article, tutorial, or product guide I write is mapped to a buyer stage, structured for search and AI retrieval, and connected to a product outcome. That's not an add-on. It's how I write.
I have a background in computer engineering and do AI research at the University of Cambridge. That's not a credential flex. It's why I can write a technical SaaS tutorial, a developer-focused product comparison, or an AI workflow guide without needing three rounds of fact-checking from your engineering team. It's what separates technical SaaS content writing that actually explains the product from content that just talks around it.
Beyond client work, I share ideas on SaaS content, technical writing, AI search, and content-led growth with 28K+ readers and followers across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
If your product is technical, your content should not sound generic.
