Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping 

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders to ensure a simple and transparent process. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Standard Shipping: Most domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.  

Regional & Remote Areas: Orders to regional and remote areas may take a bit longer. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

International Shipping: May take longer.

Returns & Exchanges  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer 30-day returns for unused and unopened items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at zenkienergy@gmail.com with your order details.

Conditions for Returns:  

- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.  

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.  

- Please keep your proof of return shipment until your return has been processed.

Exchanges:  

If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in exchanging your product, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or full refund.
