Need for a Microsoft Security Certification for End-users
Hello Learning Community! I'm a Security Skilling Portfolio manager at Microsoft and looking for community feedback on an idea for a new certification. What if Microsoft offered a certification specifically for an organization's business users/end-users on cybersecurity best practices and how to be a security first/responsible business user. The cert could cover Cybersecurity basics, data security best practices, keeping your devices and data safe from malware, protect your info from phishing scams, defending against ransomware, and more. This certification would not be as exhaustive as our technical certifications, uniquely targeting the business/end-user audience. DP-600 Free Voucher – My Fabric Community Profile ID Is Showing “User Does Not Exist”
Hello Microsoft Learn Team, I recently received a free DP-600 exam voucher through the Microsoft Fabric Community campaign using my email ID: mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons. However, when I try to open my Fabric Community profile link, I get the following message: “User does not exist. The user you requested has been deleted or does not exist.” Because of this, I am unable to confirm my voucher status or access my community profile. Could you please help me with one of the following: 1. Confirm that my DP-600 free exam voucher is still valid and linked to my email (email address removed for privacy reasons), and 2. Restore my Fabric Community profile / user ID so that I can access my account normally and redeem my voucher before the November 30th, 2025 end date beyond which the voucher expires. I have not violated any policies and I only used my personal email to participate. Thank you for your help!
Struggling with Microsoft Applied Skills: Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
Hi all, I'm struggling trying to pass the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/applied-skills/create-agents-in-microsoft-copilot-studio that was released recently. I keep getting around 50% percent, with the performance by task failing for: Manage variables and entities Configure nodes but the others as pass. I've done the test twice and not sure what I am doing wrong to be honest. I've gone through the learning path on the certification page as well. I have a feeling I maybe tackling this task wrong but not sure. You need to ensure that when a user interacts with agents, the user receives the following message: This is the agent! Then, the user must be prompted with the following question: What is your employee number? The user must be able to enter their employee number into a text field, and the employee number must be saved to a variable named employeeNumber. The employeeNumber variable must be available for topic switching. Next, you must confirm employeeNumber by asking the following yes/no question by using the Multiple choice options entity: Can you confirm that your employee number is {employeeNumber}? If the user selects No, the conversation must end. If the user selects Yes, the User. Language system variable must be set to English. Here is what logic I'm applying: Go to Topics: System -> Conversation Start -> Edit (Assumed this is the correct way due to the scenario asking for "when a user interacts with agents" rather then creating a new topic for this) Clear out the original node and replace with a message node saying "This is the agent!" Create a question node following on asking "What is your employee number?" in the text message box. Put the entity as Number (In my first attempt I did this as a text string which was set to gather user's response) Update Save User response box to Variable Number renamed to employeeNumber and updating that variable to be global, so overall name is Global.employeeNumber Create a question node following on asking Can you confirm that your employee number is {Global.employeeNumber}? in the text box. Setting the Entity field to be Multiple choice options and updating options for user to be No & Yes Save user response as Var1 (choice) Create two condition nodes to follow: For No Var1 is equal to No Follow on Node is End Conversation For Yes Var1 is equal to Yes Follow on Node is Set a variable Value -> Set Variable field configure to System.User.Language , To Value configure to English from the drop down list that appear. *End of Task* Is anyone able to advise further what I am doing wrong?🎉 Welcome to The Skills Hub!

The graphics are not visualized correctly
Few days ago, I've tried to shift one of my graphic, made by very simple formulas, to an another sheet using the right button of the mouse. The result has been as the picture attached: it seems like the graphic has been miniaturized and I can't expand it or do something to resolve the problem. Dear Microsoft Learn Support Team, I recently missed the renewal assessment deadline for my SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect certification and therefore could not take the renewal assessment in time. As a result, I retook the full exam and successfully passed it. The passed exam now appears in my Microsoft Learn profile history, and I also meet all the prerequisite certifications required for SC-100. However, the certification itself still shows as expired in my profile instead of being updated to active. Microsoft Bookings Incorrect Time Slot Increments
Hello, I am currently trying to set up microsoft bookings as an onboarding scheduler. However it appears that I have run into an issue. I am trying to set up 2-hour increments for each weekday starting at 6 AM and ending at 4PM (the only times that should be available for selection are 6 AM, 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM) however after setting time increments/availability in the service details it shows random times that should not be included (i.e, 1 PM, 3:30 PM, 11:30 AM). Is there something within the configuration that I am missing? I would also like to see if there is a way to designate a single calendar for appointments while the second one is only used to check availability. Please let me know if you can help. Default browser setting does not work when opening/clicking some links - e.g., links given in settings app(System-->About) 'Checking multiple languages support', 'Checking windows version details' etc, these are always being opened in edge even if the default browser is something else. It seems like an internal design, but it is a bad design, even for those links the websites should be opened in the customer chose default browser. Hello, On my journey to MCT, I found useful some great online videos from cloudguides.com, and I am sharing with my colleagues or participants lots of those, For example, recently I discover this , about Network securiy, https://mslearn.cloudguides.com/guides/Azure%20network%20security this one about AZ-104 most common tasks, https://www.cloudguides.com/guides/Manage%20Microsoft%20Entra%20ID%20identities and I think there are many more .... last year I used many of Interactive LAB guides for AZ-800 or AZ-801 if I recall, which were GREAT becasue they have the ability to "emulate" to new students how to react on specific azoure resources or configuration menus in azure portal ! But my problem is that there is no list of all AVAILABLE interactive guides, in order to see them and choose specific ones that I am interested to ? Does anyone have a solution on that ? Any link or resource with a list of all available interactive guides on the cloudguides.com site ? (I have no idea if this is an affiliate with MS, or similar training service partner) Many thanks Panos
