LARGE FORMAT 3D PRINTING
Process
Reimagines plastic waste by transforming it into sustainable, high-quality furniture and interior design objects through advanced robotic 3D printing. By blending digital craftsmanship with respect for traditional material qualities, we create durable, fully circular pieces enriched with unique textures. Locally sourced recycled plastics are processed into raw material and printed on demand at our Brisbane hub. Our layer-by-layer method highlights the natural variations of the material, celebrating its evolution into functional and tactile forms. Each design is crafted for longevity and recyclability, closing the loop on waste and demonstrating that sustainability and innovation can seamlessly coexist.
Craftsmanship
By blending technology with traditional expertise, we are reshaping the meaning of craftsmanship. Our proprietary slicing technique, developed to meet the demands of production, delivers precision at every stage. Projects begin with scaled models, turning concepts into physical prototypes and guiding the path to final creation. To address the challenges of recycled materials, we design and engineer our own tools, which in turn allow us to innovate continuously. Through this process, we push the boundaries of sustainable design and set new standards for production.
MATERIALS
POLYMERS
Versatile, reliable, and efficient — polymers deliver exceptional performance for both prototyping and end-use applications. Our material portfolio includes a variety of thermoplastics such as flexible TPU for elasticity, impact-resistant ABS for toughness, and durable PETG for chemical resilience, making them the perfect choice for high-volume production and industrial needs.
Composites are engineered for strength, stability, and performance by combining polymers with reinforcing fibers such as carbon or glass. The result is components with outstanding mechanical properties, ideally suited for demanding industrial applications where durability and precision are essential.
OUR FACILITIES
At ARGENTA’s Brisbane Australia engineering hub, 3D printing is being embedded into standardised production systems. This advancement enables localised, on-demand manufacturing, delivering substantial reductions in cost and lead times while reinforcing operational efficiency and product quality.
