Up until now I had one private lesson and one group lesson a week for PT.

The private lesson was for me to increase my balance. Today my PT and I agreed that the balance portion is no longer needed so I can move to two group lessons a week, both focused on strength and cardio training.

I think it would be funny as hell if your players were to slay a goblin and suddenly it just "explodes" with 1000s of bits of shiny things, rat skulls, old broken chairs, etc. Just a bunch of random junk that a goblin would find interesting. I found a way to set a default app to open all compatible file types on macOS, which is not easy to do normally. I was able to see a list of all file types applicable to the Nova text/code editor and select each of them. Now I don’t have to play the roulette of where a note or piece of code will open.

You can also set a default web browser, e-mail client, etc. in one place.

My wife took me out for dinner to a local crepe place. We started with empanadas . Then I had a savory crepe filled with chicken, a cranberry and mango compote, caramelized onions, and a magno creme sauce. It weighed about a pound. I ate the whole thing. Then they brought me a Nutella crepe on the house because it's my birthday. I'm currently on the couch too stuffed to move.

I regret nothing.
